  • Where does Prime Appliance Factory Outlet obtain the inventory for our stores?

    One of the ways Prime Appliance sets itself apart from the competition is our unique mix of both new and scratch-and-dent inventory. Prime appliance buys select appliances by the truckload from manufacturers and passes the savings onto the customer. Our Brand Source connection allows us access to special buys on great products featuring, but not limited to, the Whirlpool family of appliances. We will also gladly order brand new pieces from all of the brands featured here on our website, as well as those on display in our showrooms.   • What kind of warranty does your inventory come with?

    Prime appliance provides warranty coverage straight from the manufacturer on all brand new and many scratch-and-dent items in our inventory. This warranty covers functional parts and labor, for one full year starting upon the date of installation or pick up. Prime Appliance is proud to offer Expert Protection for 5 years on eligible appliances. These warranties vary in price based on the appliance type and price point. Our friendly, knowledgeable sales team will be happy to further explain our warranty coverage and policies.

  • Will you notify me if you receive the type of appliance I have been looking for?

    If you are looking for a specific type of appliance and don't find it in our store, feel free to call us or send us an e-mail. We will do our best to notify you if that product arrives or we can order in a product just for you. However, because there is a steady turnover of merchandise in our outlet stores, we encourage you to visit us often for the best selection.

  • Can you special order appliances?

    Yes. Our selection does include both one of a kind pieces and new in box items. If we do not have it on the sales floor it does not mean we cannot get the piece you want. Just ask one of the salespeople about pricing on items we do not have on the floor.

  • Can I order an appliance by phone?

    Prime appliance is happy to accommodate orders taken over the phone. Since many of our items are one-of-a-kind pieces with unique blemishes and configurations, we encourage a visit to one of our conveniently located showrooms. If this is not possible, we encourage a visit to our website and/or a phone consultation with our friendly sales staff. That way, we can guide you through your decision making process and help you meet your appliance needs.

  • Do you sell anything else besides major home appliances?

    In addition to our full line of name-brand major appliances, we are pleased to offer several accessories that will add to the experience of owning your appliances. A variety of cleaning and care products, along with cords, connection apparatus, and other accessories are available. At this time we also carry assorted furniture items along with grills and grill accessories.

  • What payment methods does Prime Appliance accept?

    We proudly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover card, cash and Checks. Checks are accepted under two terms. We will release the order when funds have cleared, or have been verified by the related bank. Prime Appliance also offers different financing packages. There are available options for good credit ratings, not so good credit ratings, and customers with no credit history.

  • Are prices negotiable?

    Here at prime appliance, we offer the best possible values we can provide to our customers. We pride ourselves on having low prices every day. Our scratch and dent inventory is priced based on the condition of the item as it is received. We are thrilled to offer special prices on packages consisting of multiple appliances, with the best values on products that arrived on scratch-and-dent truck loads.

  • Is delivery available?

    Yes. Our professional delivery team is organized through our partner Johnson Mertz appliances. Delivery takes place Monday through Friday each week. Due to high demand for delivery service, we recommend setting up delivery at least 48 hours in advance. This will help us find a delivery date that matches up with your needs. Pricing for delivery depends on your proximity to our stores, along with the date upon which we can deliver the items to your home or other desired location.   • Will Prime Appliance install my purchased items?

    Yes, basic installation is available, with the exception of OTR microwaves, Dishwashers, Gas lines, and other built-in items. Full installation is available on these items. Contact us for more information.

  • How do I dispose of my old appliance?

    Prime appliance will recycle purchased items upon delivery for a per-item service fee. We also accept drop off recycling with a limit of one item for each item purchased.

  • Does Prime Appliance Factory Outlet have a price match guarantee?

    Here at Prime Appliance, we pride ourselves on offering very competitive pricing. If you find a lower price on an item at another retailer, let us know and we will make an effort to find a value that matches your needs. Just bring us the competitor's current ad or we'll call to verify the item's price and do the best we can to match or beat the price our competitors are offering.

  • Do you offer financing?

    We do offer at least six months deferred interest with our Brand Source card . The time frame of deferred interest may increase depending on offers through Brand Source. If you have any questions feel free to contact our sales staff.
