Our Local Delivery is considered to be within 25 miles of the stores in Duluth or Superior. Outside of that delivery area we do still offer delivery but there is a charge associated with distance from our stores. With every delivery there is also a 7.95 fuel surcharge for the delivery.

Prime Appliance is proud to partner with Johnson Mertz appliances to offer delivery for appliances purchased at our Duluth and Superior Superstore locations. We offer delivery Tuesday through Saturday.
- Please call at least 48 hours before hand to set up a delivery date. While calling ahead does help find a time where space is available on our trucks, note that we have a limited capacity for items on our trucks, and delivery may be prolonged due to a full delivery schedule

STANDARD SHIPPING DETAILS
This is a Standard Freight-Line shipment with curbside delivery. This means that once the unit has arrived at the local freight terminal you the customer will be contacted by the freight company to set up an appointment for the delivery. On average, shipping times are about 3-6 business days. Weather and other uncontrollable circumstances can cause delay.
The driver is required to get the machine under cover as long as there are no stairs to negotiate. The freight company will also coordinate this with you when scheduling an appointment. Which means the delivery is guaranteed to come to the door of your building, provided there are no stairs to ascend or descend. - Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
- All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Customer is responsible for all transportation charges. THESE ARE NONREFUNDABLE CHARGES
- Product must arrive at Prime Appliance in the same condition it was shipped in.
- Product must be repackaged with the same shipping material used by Prime Appliance in the original delivery, including the REPLACEMENT OF PACKING BOLTS, BOX, AND PALLET. We reserve the right to deny a full refund of the purchase price, less restocking fee, if the product is not returned in this manner.
You should immediately inspect the product for shipping damage and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at 1-877-297-6914 (Excluding holidays) to report any damage. If you do not contact us within the 48 hour time-frame, you will be responsible for filing a claim with the shipping company, and Prime Appliance, cannot be held liable for any damage to the unit. Sometimes damage from shipment may not be visible, so it is very important that you open the packaging immediately after receiving the delivery. If the damage is obvious, you should refuse the delivery and note the damage on the shipment Bill of Lading and call us at 1-877-297-6914 to arrange a return of the damaged unit and to have a replacement product shipped to you. Once we are contacted within 48 hours of delivery, we will have the shipping company return, and pick up the damaged product. Please make sure that the product is in its original packaging, with all manuals, parts and accessories and available and ready for the pick-up attempt in order to avoid delays and possible cancellation of the pick-up. Please note that the shipping companies operating on our behalf will only make one attempt at pick-up. Thereafter, subsequent pick-up attempts may be at the expense of the customer.

At this point we do not offer installation services in the home for gas dryers and ranges.

Prime Appliance will recycle purchased items upon delivery for a per-item service fee. We also accept drop off recycling with a limit of one item for each item purchased.There are rebates available through some utility providers which offer incentives to recycle old units. These rebates are based on the purchase of an Energy Star certified unit. Please contact your local utility company to take advantage of any available rebates offers.
