Like all of you, we are following the news closely, and are monitoring the current situation regarding COVID-19. We are following the guidelines provided by the CDC for businesses, and working to keep our showroom and offices as clean as possible. Some of these steps include:
- Wiping down work spaces and frequently touched surfaces with a disinfectant multiple times per day.
- Avoiding shaking hands with customers entering a Prime Appliance showroom and in their homes.
- Staff will be washing their hands frequently and maintaining a distance of six feet from associates and customers as much as possible.
- Asking employees to remain at home if they are sick or experience any symptoms of illness.
Delivery & Service
We have also instructed our delivery & service associates to take extra precautions when interacting with customers in their homes, including avoiding shaking hands, washing hands upon entry and prior to exit. Appointments will be rescheduled for a future date for customers with symptoms, exposure to someone who has been infected with COVID-19 or customers with recent travel to areas where cases of COVID-19 are prevalent.

- $39.99 outside drop off delivery from 15 to 25 miles
- $59.99 outside drop-off delivery from 25 to 35 miles
- $89.99 outside drop off delivery from 35 to 55 miles
- $129.99 outside drop off delivery from 55 to 75 miles
